Über uns
XO Grill hat drei Lokale im 1., 5. und 7. Bezirk in Wien. Wir machen Burger und Street Food aus unserem eigenen Dry-Aged-Beef, das unsere Schwesterfirma XO Beef selbst produziert. Unser Team ist leidenschaftlich und engagiert, und wir glauben, dass guter Service der Grund ist, warum Gäste wiederkommen.
Deine Rolle
Du bist das Herz unserer Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder Gast willkommen fühlt, in jedem Lokal und in jeder Schicht. Du coachst und schulst unser Team, hältst den Betrieb am Laufen und bringst unsere Events zum Leben.
Deine Aufgaben
Team und Service
- Zu den Stoßzeiten in den Lokalen präsent sein, mitarbeiten und den Service vorleben
- Neue und bestehende Mitarbeiter:innen schulen und laufend Feedback geben, als Coach, nicht als Kontrolleur
- Onboarding für neue Teammitglieder
- Einspringen, wenn jemand ausfällt
- Bei der Rekrutierung unterstützen, z. B. Bewerbungen sichten und Probedienste begleiten
Organisation
- Dienstpläne für alle drei Lokale
- Urlaube und Krankenstände verwalten
- Lohnverrechnung vorbereiten in Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei behördlichen Themen (Amtsarzt, AUVA, Magistrat): Schulungsunterlagen zu Sicherheit und Hygiene verwalten, neue Mitarbeiter:innen einschulen und dafür sorgen, dass bei Kontrollen alles bereit ist
Lokale und Einkauf
- Einkauf von Getränken, Trockenwaren und Materialien
- Kleinere Instandhaltung koordinieren
- Dafür sorgen, dass jedes Lokal stimmt: Musik, Licht, Sauberkeit und Deko
Events und Caterings
- Organisation und Abwicklung unserer Events, die mindestens einmal im Monat stattfinden, sowie gelegentlicher Off-Site-Caterings
- Alle Infos zusammentragen und an Küche und Service kommunizieren
- Ablauf planen, Menüs ausdrucken, Material vorbereiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Gastköchen, Partnern und neuen Gerichten
Was du mitbringst
- Mehrere Jahre Gastro-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Teamverantwortung
- Eine Persönlichkeit, die Stimmung macht und Menschen mitreißt
- Organisationstalent und Sicherheit mit Dienstplan- und Excel-Tools
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
- Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten, auch abends und am Wochenende
- Mobil zwischen unseren drei Lokalen (Rad, Scooter oder Auto)
- Interesse an Getränken und Wein und Lust, dich dort einzubringen

We’re looking for someone who brings our three restaurants together with heart: a coach for our teams, an organiser behind the scenes and a host our guests remember.
About us
XO Grill has three restaurants in Vienna’s 1st, 5th and 7th districts. We serve burgers and street food made from our own dry-aged beef, produced in-house by our sister company XO Beef. Our team is passionate and dedicated, and we believe great hospitality is what makes people come back.
Your role
You’re the heart of our teams. You make sure every guest feels welcome, in every location and on every shift. You coach and train our staff, keep operations running smoothly, and help bring our events to life.
What you’ll do
Team and service
- Be present in the restaurants at peak times, work alongside the team and lead by example
- Train new and existing staff and give ongoing feedback, as a coach rather than a supervisor
- Onboard new team members
- Step in when someone is out
- Support recruiting, e.g. screening applications and running trial shifts
Organisation
- Create rotas for all three locations
- Manage holidays and sick leave
- Prepare payroll in coordination with our accounting
- Support on regulatory matters (health authority, AUVA, municipal offices): manage safety and hygiene training materials, train new staff and keep everything ready for inspections
Restaurants and purchasing
- Purchase drinks, dry goods and supplies
- Coordinate minor maintenance
- Make sure every restaurant looks and feels right: music, lighting, cleanliness and decor
Events and catering
- Organise and run our events, which happen at least once a month, as well as occasional off-site caterings
- Gather all the details and communicate them to kitchen and service
- Plan the flow, print menus and prepare materials
- Work closely with guest chefs, partners and new dishes
What you bring
- Several years of hospitality experience, ideally with team responsibility
- A personality that lifts the room and inspires people
- Strong organisational skills and confidence with rota and spreadsheet tools
- Very good German and good English
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
